Pro Evo 6 better than Fifa 07?

The 2 big guns in soccer games are out now and many gamers are left to decide…is their old title useless now (outdated) and is the new edition worth it? Well Konami and EA Sports seem to think so, and continuously release an updated title every year. Konami being the creators of the Pro Evolution soccer titles (or Winning Eleven overseas) has come from being the underdog in the soccer titles to somewhat…in my eyes produce a better playing soccer game than EA Sport’s Fifa.
Pro Evo seems to play much more realistically than its EA counterpart (however EA has toned up its gameplay over the years to produce a much realistic and challenging game). With the 6th title in its series, Konami has increased its ‘registered’ team rosters and added better online play for its PS2 version of the game. On the other hand, the Xbox 360 version has come out a bit confusingly, with players unable to save replays of goals, less stadiums and only 2 player online multiplayer modes (unlike the PS2 version of 8). Moreover, the Xbox 360 version plays more slower than the PS2 version which will annoy many gamers (is greater graphics acceptable for slower gameplay?).
EA has always had the advantage in soccer games, especially by producing them for a very very long time. Moreover, EA has developed its online gameplay for the PC and consoles every year, and the registered lists of football players names are endless (unlike Konami who only have a select few). Nonetheless, I think the Pro Evo series are very excellent and are pushing EA to another level where their monopoly on the sporting market in this genre is starting to disappear (yes start adding new things you lazy developers).
A few things to note about the new Pro Evo, is how gameplay and player motion has become more realistic along with additional focus on individual character and teams that when played in a specific strategy, perform like their real life counterparts. One problem which has been noted by many people however, is the lackluster and messy menu system that Pro Evo has. This might not be a huge problem for much gamers, but EA however always produce top notch menus and soundtracks that Konami should learn from.
I highly recommend this title which is available for all consoles.

seriously thats the difference between these things. people are so into realism and the like they forget if the game is fun or not.
Take excite truck and compare it to motorstorm and you can tell the difference. Is motorstorm even a racing game?

Motorstorm looks like a very interesting title and the graphics look stunning! Excite truck looks good graphically but the concept of moving a controller left and right might (in my view) get old quite quick. Motorstorm is more of an action racer for the PS3 which might appeal more to the older audience...

If you see videos of both you'll see just how slow motorstorm is, it's pathetic to the point of ridiculousness.
Excite Truck is unafraid to be nuts and fast, makes it more fun.
