Need for Speed title: ProStreet to make new ways in Street racing

They keep coming quick and strong, and this time EA Games is planning to put a more realistic stint on its racing titles which have captured gamers across the world title after title on almost every platform! ProStreet is set to be released later this year on all consoles with street racing once again a theme but more so with ultra realism.
Players will find themselves racing online and offline with cars that will fall apart in a real manner, with damage to paintwork and panels directly seen. Moreover, cars will decrease in performance according to damage. This ought to be very interesting as we see gamers battle it off online and getting quite aggressive.
I just saw the trailer on Gamespot and I can I am very impressed. The RX7 drifting and eventually smacking into a wall – bursting into bits and fragments was eye candy, along with the crowd and flags which waved in the background on the circuit. From what I am seeing, EA Games is putting together another top notch title. One interesting aspect to this title is the developer from the Original Need for Speed game released in 1994 (and releasing Need for Speed Carbon) will be behind the development of this title which is surly a positive result (I loved the original and played it endlessly when I was really young!).
Keep your eyes peeled for more info on cars and online racing as the title draws nearer to its release date.
