'God of War: Chains of Olympus' on PSP

As the owner of a Sony Playstation Portable (PSP), I have been eagerly awaiting the local launch of the action-adventure cum hack and slash game 'God of War: Chains of Olympus' ever since it was released in North America earlier this month.
Well, the good news is that the wait is almost over - the local launch will be on 27/03/08!
Chains of Olympus is the third title and the prequel in the God of War series and follows a storyline that is set ten years before the original GOW game.
"The ancient world speaks of a mortal that slayed a God. But long before his battle with Ares, Kratos sought absolution from his past sins by pledging himself as a champion to the Gods. These brutal crusades in the name of Olympus became legendary. The Ghost of Sparta is now ordered by the Gods to journey the underworld, after the world plunges into darkness. There he must face the most feared creatures of Greek Mythology and forced to choose between his own personal redemption and saving the ancient world from certain destruction."
Kratos, the only playable character in the game, is controlled in third-person mode where the gamer progresses various stages of the game by defeating enemies and solving a series of box-based puzzles.
The graphics are absolutely stunning and the amount of detail shown in the gruesome and violent enemy death scenes are phenomenal.
Most gaming authorities from around the world have given God of War: Chains of Olympus a very high-ranking in their reviews with some even going as far to say that it is the "best PSP game yet."
