Fan Remake of Quest for Glory II

Thank Bog for remakes! The adventure game has been on its weak knees for years now, making way for sports and shooters, but it wasn't always like that. When I was a kid, we'd spend hours laboriously trying combinations of phrases that would get us through these fantastic Sierra adventure games.
Well, Sierra passed away, in spirit, and so did the energy of adventure games.
Luckily, old crusty fans are still holding the midnight vigil, remaking old Sierra games with updated art and graphics. It's a Christmas miracle!
They've released Quest for Glory II: Trial by Fire, replacing the old text parser with a handy mouse-driven interface and new, snazzy graphics;.
I don't remember playing this game, but I'm downloading it as we speak, where I'll probably store it on my hard drive and forget about it. Months later, I'll click on it by accident and go, hey, sweet!
I found the news on Destructoid, which had kind words:
"I really hope this release introduces some new people to the games because they really are exceptional. They've even included the ability to transfer your character to Quest for Glory III after you've finished, so you can experience the entire series in the point-and-click style without sacraficing any progress. Seriously, go download this thing right now."
It's definitely worth playing, and the price is right. Well, that's if you believe zero dollars is worth it. Perhaps you're the type of gamer that believes that a game can't be good unless it's $80? Get out of here!
