It's called Re-Volt, and it's a RC racing game, released back in 1999. Remember when it was 1996, and we'd party like it was 1999? Then 1999 came around and everyone was like 'What - this is it?'
Re-Volt partied like it was 1999 back in 1999. It stayed true to the ideals of fun and having a damn good time.
"Overall, I can’t give Re-Volt any negatives, most likely the only problem would be the loading length. Even on my high end PC, it took about 20 seconds to load a certain level."
Once you played games on DoxBox, you'll realize just how much fun it is to play old games that you've forgotten about. There's years worth of gameplay on the excellent Abandonia, from weird adventure games to excellent strategy games. It's well worth a look!
It's low-res, the physics isn't as good as you've come to expect from all your console racing games... but Re-Volt has been praised for the excellent playability, player balance, and wonderful game play.
I'm downloading it today.
