June 2007 - Video Games

What Metroid Prime 3 will look like 100 years from now when scientists find my body over my Wii games collection.

It looks like the American box art is hinting the game might include a dark world also found in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. Of course thats total speculation!

Other news: Soldier of Fortunes 3: Payback, is claimed to be in prodcution. - Civilisation is coming to all platforms and handhelds known as Civilisations Revolution; Quoted by the creator as being “the game I've always wanted to make."

Wii are putting their Wares Up For Developers

First Nintendo has gone around to third-party developer headquarters to show the potential of investing to the Wii, now they have introduced an outlet for indie developers to be hooked as well

Call of Duty 4 to take doomy vision of modern warfare

Call of Duty has been renowned for the brilliant World War 2 titles which placed players deep in first person in the war which changed our world. Activision has exhausted that theme and now Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare will pit players in a modern environment which will cause controversy given the current problems facing our world. UK and US forces will team up against Middle Eastern and Russian forces in a expansive war for global dominance. The Middle Eastern and Russian forces have been dubbed the 'Four Horsemen'.

Whats your brain's age again?

This August, Brain Age 2: More Training in Minutes a Day will land on the Nintendo DS which will be the sequel to the highly successful and entertaining Brain Age. The professor is back at it again with a new array of puzzles which will sitimulate the mind and calculate your brain's age (or so we think so).

Sony facing new lawsuit from Church of England

Sony is under new fire as the Church of England threatens legal action against Sony if Sony does not apologise and remove all copies of Resistance Fall of Man from stores. This PS3 hit has made waves as an excellent starter title on the PS3, with players battling an alien invasion in a fictional World War 2 remake. One scene in the game takes place inside Manchester Cathedral, United Kingdom - which has caused this controversy.

Need for Speed title: ProStreet to make new ways in Street racing

They keep coming quick and strong, and this time EA Games is planning to put a more realistic stint on its racing titles which have captured gamers across the world title after title on almost every platform! ProStreet is set to be released later this year on all consoles with street racing once again a theme but more so with ultra realism.
